Valentine’s Day is almost here and love is in the air for wedding photographer, Mark Cox Photography. As a result I want to share the images from one of my 2016 weddings. The location for the wedding and reception was the Square and Compass Inn near Ilminster. The day started at the bride’s house for hair and make up for the bridal party. After a glass of the fizzy stuff I set off to the venue to capture some shots of the groom before the ceremony.
The ceremony was beautiful with some great readings. In addition, with lots of congregation being Welsh the singing was top notch! Unfortunately the weather didn’t want to play nice all day and it started raining right after the service. Having a back up plan meant we still managed to take all the family and group shots despite the rain. Luckily, the weather cleared up to produce a beautiful sunset. Consequently we managed to get a few fabulous bride and group portraits late in the day. Please take a few moments to look at the images below from the wedding of Sophie and Elliot….
