Wedding Proposals
There are two types of engagement shoots!
Firstly, are you planning to ask your partner to marry you? Why not let me capture that very special moment and their reaction as you pop the question? Just let me know where and when and I will be there to photograph the moment.
Alternatively, if you are already engaged then my Engagement Shoot provides a fantastic opportunity for both you and your fiancé and for me as the photographer. Not many people feel comfortable in front of the camera. Therefore, an engagement session will help you both to see how it feels to be in front of the camera. It will give you both the chance to get comfortable with being photographed. For me as the photographer it gives me an opportunity to get to know you both. This allows me to let your personalities show through in the images I create.
The session normally lasts about 1-2 hours and can be wherever you like. We can go to a location that is special to both of you, such as the first place you met or even where the wedding proposal took place! Even if you are not at first comfortable in front of a camera, I want you to at least be comfortable with your surroundings.
Another bonus of the session is that I can produce a large mounted and framed print from one of the photographs we take. This can then be displayed on your wedding day. The frame will have with a large mount with enough space for all your wedding guests to sign and leave a message to you both. This provides you with a truly unique memento of your wedding day. Examples of the engagement images recently produced can be found in the gallery on the right hand side.
Wedding Invitations
In addition to the mounted print, you will also have the option to use some of the images as bespoke wedding invitations. This service is provided as an optional extra; prices are available on request.
