Cranberries Hideaway is a beautiful wedding venue near Kilmington, Devon on the Devon and Dorset Border. In August last year, I was fortunate to be asked to photograph the wedding of Lucy and Rich at Cranberries Hideaway. It is such as wonderful location with fabulous views. On a clear day, from the outdoor ceremony you can see all the way to the sea near Seaton. With accommodation on site and everyone in one place this was a going to be a fabulous day with no rushing between Venus. Nevertheless, to ensure I captured all the events of the day I was assisted by Emily Fairweather. This meant I could capture both the bride and groom getting ready plus all the events of the speeches and afternoon / evening antics!
We were certainly blessed on the day with wonderful sunny weather. As a result the outdoor ceremony went ahead as planned and made for some beautiful wedding images. Following the ceremony we all moved inside for the speeches and wedding breakfast. Finally, late in the evening following the hog roast and first dance everyone moved outside again for a few fireworks and sparklers!
